Refund Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Photomatic subscriptions and credit packs. Because purchases can be made through different platforms, the process depends on where you bought. Use the form at the bottom to submit a refund request.
1. Overview
Photomatic offers subscription plans and one-time credit packs. The price and currency shown at checkout vary by region and platform and are the amounts that apply to your purchase.
Where a purchase is made through an app store, that store’s refund rules and timelines apply and take precedence over this policy.
2. Web Purchases (Razorpay & Paddle)
- Web purchases are processed by Razorpay and/or Paddle depending on your region.
- To request a refund, use the form below or email [email protected] with your account email and order/transaction ID.
- Where Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are issued through Paddle; Razorpay refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
3. Apple App Store Purchases
- Apple manages all billing and refunds for purchases made on iOS. Photomatic cannot issue these refunds directly.
- Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — choose “Request a refund”, select a reason and the subscription.
- Refund eligibility and timing are determined by Apple and may vary by country.
4. Google Play Purchases
- Purchases on Android are billed by Google Play. Refunds can generally be requested within Google’s refund window (typically 48 hours automatically, and up to 30 days via request).
- You can request a refund through Google Play, or submit the form below and we can process eligible Google Play refunds where permitted.
- Granting a refund immediately ends the subscription and removes access to paid features.
5. When Refunds May Not Apply
- Credits or AI generations that have already been consumed.
- Requests made outside the applicable app store or payment provider refund window.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms.
- Where prohibited by the relevant platform’s rules.
6. Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
